Ghanaian TikTok has produced a class of creators whose audiences now rival those of the country's biggest musicians and broadcasters. Two of them have passed eight million followers, and at least fifteen have more than 2.5 million.
This ranking lists Ghana's most-followed individual creators on TikTok by follower count, using the figures shown on their public profiles and in Ghanaian press coverage as of September 2026. Follower counts change daily, so treat the numbers as a snapshot rather than a final score.

What the list shows
Comedy dominates. Most of the fifteen built their audiences on skits, many of them in Twi, which lets them reach viewers across Ghana and the diaspora. Music is the second route in: Honey Boy, Emado Wasa Star and Real NKB all use TikTok to launch their own songs. A smaller group, including Twins Diaries and Kwame Nsroma, has grown with formats that are neither comedy nor music: charity, travel and animated storytelling.
Big numbers do not always mean big pay. Several creators on this list, including Ama Pokuaa Memeneda Ba, have said publicly that TikTok itself does not pay Ghanaian creators, and that their income comes from brand deals, advertising and live-stream gifts.
