PRESIDENTS AND HEADS OF STATE OF GHANA

Everyone who has led Ghana since independence: presidents under the four republics and the heads of the military governments in between. Queen Elizabeth II was head of state from 1957 to 1960. The current President of Ghana is John Dramani Mahama.
