Rumzia Sule

Rumzia Sule is a Ghanaian beauty queen and youth advocate who holds the Miss Ghana 2026 title. She won the 69th edition of the national pageant in Accra on 19 July 2026, beating 12 other contestants, and went on to represent Ghana at the Miss World festival in Vietnam.

Miss Ghana 2026

The 2026 final ran under the theme "Empowering Women, Enduring Legacy" in a scaled-down format. Besides the crown, Sule took the Beauty with a Purpose award. Fatimatu Zara Ishacu, a University of Ghana graduate, was first runner-up and Whitney Opoku Nketia was second runner-up, with Anita Dankwa and Nedlyn Appiah completing the top five.

At the time of her win Sule was studying International Relations at the University of Cumbria in the United Kingdom. She has said she wants to be remembered for impact rather than beauty, and her work as queen centres on youth empowerment through Project Inspire Ghana, an initiative of the Miss Ghana Foundation.

Miss World

Before she left for Miss World, the Office of Diaspora Affairs and the Ghana Tourism Authority presented Ghana's official charity auction gift for the festival. In Vietnam she performed in her national costume at the Dances of the World event, and actress Jackie Appiah flew in to support her.
