Endurance Grand

Endurance Grand is one of Ghana's most followed dancers, with more than 11 million followers across social media. She rose through Dancegod Lloyd's DWP Academy in Accra.

Hard beginnings

Endurance Dzigbordi Dedzo has roots in the Volta Region and spent most of her childhood in Nigeria. After her father died in 2015 she left school so her younger siblings could stay in class, and at 15 she returned to Ghana against her mother's wishes. In Ho she relied on others for a place to sleep and later worked as a fuel pump attendant for two years. She has also said she quit football because coaches made advances at her.

Dancing

She auditioned for DWP Academy, and a leading part in one of Dancegod Lloyd's viral videos changed her career. She has since danced in music videos for Mr Eazi, Stonebwoy, MzVee and Gyakie and in many brand campaigns, and was named Dance Influencer of the Year at the 2022 Pulse Influencer Awards.
