Naa Adorkor Codjoe

Naa Adorkor Codjoe, a chartered accountant and enterprise risk specialist, joined the board of Standard Chartered Bank Ghana as an independent non-executive director on 26 October 2023.

Career

She spent more than ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Ghana and London and worked as a risk specialist at the Global Fund in Geneva. With over 24 years in audit, accounting, governance, risk and advisory work, she now consults on governance and enterprise risk management, including business continuity planning and board risk training.

Education

She holds an MSc in enterprise risk management from Columbia University and the Institute of Risk Management's international certificate, and has studied at the University of Ghana Business School and the China Europe International Business School. Avance Media named her among Ghana's top 100 women board directors in 2026.
