Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II is a Ghanaian traditional ruler who serves as President of the National House of Chiefs and as the Paramount Chief of the Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area in the Western Region. Born in 1950, he occupies one of the most influential positions in Ghana's chieftaincy institution, representing the collective voice of the country's traditional authorities at the national level.

An accountant by profession, Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II attended several schools in Ghana and pursued studies in business before dedicating himself to traditional leadership. His professional background in finance and administration has informed his approach to the governance of chieftaincy affairs, lending a measure of managerial discipline to his stewardship of institutions that blend custom with contemporary responsibilities.

His rise through the ranks of the chieftaincy establishment was steady. As Paramount Chief of the Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area he built a reputation as a mediator and a champion of development in his domain, particularly in the field of education, where he has solicited funds and donations to improve schools. In November 2016 he was elected President of the Western Region House of Chiefs, a position that placed him at the head of traditional authority in one of Ghana's important regions and set the stage for his ascent to national leadership.

In November 2020 Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II became President of the National House of Chiefs, the apex body of Ghana's traditional rulers, which advises government on chieftaincy matters, customary law and issues affecting traditional communities. He was re-elected to the presidency in November 2024, extending his leadership of the institution. In that role he serves as the principal spokesman for the country's chiefs and as a key figure in mediating disputes among traditional rulers and promoting unity within the chieftaincy.
