She scored in a 3-0 win over Senegal in 2010 that sent Ghana to that year's African Women's Championship, and played every game of the 2014 edition. Her winning goal came in the 2015 All-Africa Games final, and she was shortlisted for African Women's Footballer of the Year that December. Ghana's sports writers named her female footballer of the year in 2016. She was in Ghana's squad at the 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
