Richard Nii Armah Quaye

Richard Nii Armah Quaye, widely known by his initials RNAQ, is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and investor who founded Bills Micro Credit and now serves as President of RNAQ Holdings, a group of businesses with a focus on financial inclusion and enterprise development across Africa. Born on 21 March 1985 and hailing from Jamestown in the Greater Accra Region, he has become one of the more prominent figures in Ghana's private sector.

Quaye attended Winneba Senior High School before beginning his career in business. He founded Bills Micro Credit in 2009, entering the microfinance sector at a time when access to credit remained a significant obstacle for many small businesses and individuals in Ghana. The company, once known under the Quick Credit brand, grew into a leading microfinance operation, extending financial services to people and enterprises often overlooked by traditional banks.
