Rita Akosua Dickson

Professor Rita Akosua Dickson is a Ghanaian scientist, chemist, and academic administrator who serves as the Vice-Chancellor of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST, Ghana's foremost science and technology university. Her appointment as KNUST's first female Vice-Chancellor marked a landmark moment in the history of one of Africa's leading technical universities and in the representation of women in the country's academic leadership.
