Abeiku Greene

Abeiku Greene is a Ghanaian development practitioner and youth advocate best known for leading Junior Achievement Ghana, the local arm of one of the world's largest youth-serving non-profits. He has more than a decade of experience designing and scaling education and youth empowerment programmes in Ghana and across Africa.

Junior Achievement Ghana

As executive director, Greene led the relaunch of JA Ghana after a four-year pause in its activities and took its programmes nationwide. Between 2016 and 2025 the organisation reached more than 180,000 young people with work readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurship training, including its national business pitch competition for students.

From 2022 to 2025 he also represented Africa on the JA Worldwide Member Council, bringing African perspectives into the strategy and operating guidelines of the global network.

Earlier work

Before JA Ghana, Greene worked with World Education Ghana, where he coordinated the Complementary Basic Education project funded by the UK government in the then Brong Ahafo Region. The programme brought thousands of out-of-school children in remote communities back into formal education.

Recognition

Greene was named among Ghana's Top 50 Young CEOs in 2023. He speaks regularly on youth development, entrepreneurship education and the skills young Ghanaians need to find work or create it.
