Jackson Kwadwo Bawuah, known as Jay Bahd, carries himself as the driving force behind the Asakaa movement. Based in Kumasi, he helped write the founding text of Ghana drill with appearances on landmark tracks like Sore and Wo Kum Apem Beba, bringing a ferocious energy that set the tone for what Kumerica rap would become.
