Rhoda Odoi

Rhoda Naa Yemoley Odoi is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and the founder and chief executive of HypeNet Marketing Group, a digital marketing agency based in Accra.

HypeNet

Odoi founded HypeNet in 2014. The agency specialises in digital activations, content development and influencer marketing, and has worked with major brands including MTN Ghana. It has grown into a large operation, with a team of around 400 young people who carry out its campaigns on the ground and online, and it has since moved into its own office in Accra.

On building brands

Odoi speaks regularly about branding and entrepreneurship. She has argued that consistency, authenticity and trust are the pillars of a strong brand, and she encourages founders to look honestly at their own strengths and passions rather than follow trends. YFM featured her in its Y Leaderboard series on young people redefining the odds, as an example of what can be achieved early in a career.

She was named among Ghana's Top 50 Young CEOs in 2023.
