About Charles Hodogbey
Charles Hodogbey is an information systems specialist who represented North Tongu in the Volta Region for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) from 2009 to 2013. He was born at Dofor-Adidome on 21 July 1948.
He was educated in the United States, earning a master's in management information systems from DePaul University in Chicago in 1985, and worked as a principal programmer and analyst for the City of Chicago's Department of Public Health. He won North Tongu in 2008 with 78.6 percent of the vote and served one term; Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, who still holds the seat, succeeded him in 2013. He is an Evangelical Presbyterian, married with four children.
