About Joseph Dindiok Kpemka
Joseph Dindiok Kpemka is a lawyer who represented Tempane in the Upper East Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2017 to 2021 and served as Deputy Attorney-General and Deputy Minister for Justice. He was born on 13 August 1973.
Kpemka studied English and law at the University of Ghana and qualified at the Ghana School of Law. He taught English in the Ghana Education Service from 2002 to 2005, was District Chief Executive for Garu-Tempane from 2008 to 2009, and lectured at Bolgatanga Technical University from 2009 to 2016. He was Deputy Attorney-General from 2017 to 2021, and in May 2024 President Akufo-Addo appointed him Deputy Managing Director of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company (BOST). Lydia Lamisi Akanvariba of the NDC holds Tempane today.
