About Edward Michael Ennin
Edward Michael Ennin is an insurance broker and economist who represented Obuasi East in the Ashanti Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2005 to 2017. He was born at Old Edubiase on 16 May 1970.
Ennin holds a diploma in data processing from KNUST and a master's in governance and leadership from GIMPA, and was the Ashanti regional representative of All Risk Consultancy. In Parliament he sat on the Government Assurance and Mines and Energy committees. He is a Methodist, married with three children. Patrick Boakye-Yiadom holds Obuasi East today.
