Joseph Bipoba Naabu is a lawyer and farmer who represented Yunyoo in the North East Region for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) from 2013 to 2021. He was born on 24 August 1964.
Naabu studied political science at the University of Ghana, graduating in 2006, then law at the Ghana School of Law and the University of London. He ran J.B. Naabu Farms before politics. He won Yunyoo in 2012 and 2016 but lost in 2020 to the NPP's Oscar Liwaal. He is a Catholic, married with four children. Alhassan Sulemana of the NDC holds Yunyoo today.
