Capasta

Capasta's Under-12 team won the World Youth Cup in Norway in 2017, and the following year he led them to victory at the Paris World Games. The FIFA-licensed coach is better known in Ghana as the rapper on Gasmilla's 2014 hit "Telemo".

Music

Born Imurana Abdul Karim, he started rapping in senior high school. After "Telemo" he released "Control" (2015), "Badabaya" with Gasmilla (2016), "Bulaala" with Epixode and Article One (2017), and "Gucci Ferrari" (2019). His first album, It's Time, came out on 17 February 2023 with guests including Edem and Gasmilla. In 2016 he was nominated at the first Hausa Music Festival and Awards.

Coaching

He is head coach at the Lizzy Sports Complex and has won nine youth titles with Under-13 teams across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and France. On 1 February 2023 he became head coach at IK Junkeren in Bodo, Norway. He also founded the World Dynamic Community Organization.
