Foster Awintiti Akugri was born on 24 November 1994. He studied computer science at KNUST and has an MBA in business process management, along with professional certificates from Microsoft in computer security and in Six Sigma, agile practice and negotiation.
Work
Besides Hacklab he has managed the Stanbic Bank Incubator in Ghana. He is a WEF Global Shaper, works with the WEF on its Africa 4.0 initiative through the Malaika Coalition and on its Africa Growth Platform, and helped lead that platform's digital launch at the WEF Africa summit in Cape Town in September 2019. In January 2021 he launched GrowthWithTiti, a coaching project on purpose and goal-setting.
Recognition
In 2019 he was in the Future of Ghana 30 Under 30, an Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leader, and on Avance Media's list of the 100 most influential young Ghanaians. A presidential youth prize for science and technology is among his other honours.
