David Tetteh Assumeng is a youth development worker who represented Shai-Osudoku in the Greater Accra Region for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for three terms, from 2005 to 2017. He was born on 10 September 1961 and comes from Osudoku.
Assumeng was youth coordinator of the National Youth Council for the Ada West District, holds a diploma from the University of Ghana and a master's in governance and leadership from GIMPA. He lost the 2015 NDC primary. He is a Presbyterian, married with one child. Linda Ocloo of the NDC holds Shai-Osudoku today.
