Habib Saad is a businessman who represented Bortianor-Ngleshie-Amanfro in the Greater Accra Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2017 to 2021. He was born on 10 October 1968 at Antoakrom in the Ashanti Region.
Saad holds a bachelor's degree from Techno Global University in India and has run Go Enterprise as managing director since 2000. He won the seat in 2016 with 53 percent of the vote, but lost the 2020 NPP primary to Sylvester Tetteh. Felix Akwetey Okle of the NDC holds the seat today.
