Martin Oti Gyarko is a teacher who represented Techiman North in the Bono East Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2017 to 2021 and served as Deputy Regional Minister for Bono East. He was born on 3 April 1980 and comes from Aworowa.
Oti studied social science at the University of Cape Coast, graduating in 2008, and taught at the Ayeasu-Atrensu District Assembly Junior High School. After a single term he lost the seat in 2020 to Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare of the National Democratic Congress, who took about 53 percent of the vote and still holds it.
