About Benjamin Kofi Ayeh
Benjamin Kofi Ayeh is an accountant and businessman who represented Upper Denkyira West in the Central Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for three terms, from 2005 to 2017. He was born at Ayanfuri on 16 November 1962.
He is a chartered accountant with an executive master's in governance and leadership from GIMPA, and was chief executive of Fambenycold Limited in Accra. He won Upper Denkyira West in 2004, 2008 and 2012, and served as the Minority's Deputy Chief Whip. Samuel Nsowah-Djan followed him as the NPP's MP in 2017. He belongs to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Rudolf Amoako-Gyampah of the NPP holds the seat today.
