About Ebo Barton-Odro
Ebo Barton-Odro is a lawyer who was First Deputy Speaker of Parliament from 2013 to 2017 and represented Cape Coast North for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) from 2009 to 2017. He was born in Saltpond.
Barton-Odro attended Mfantsipim School, studied law at the University of Ghana and qualified at the Ghana School of Law. He heads Barton and Partners. He won Cape Coast in 2008 and the new Cape Coast North seat in 2012, and was elected First Deputy Speaker when the Sixth Parliament convened. He is married with four children. Kwamena Minta Nyarku of the NDC holds Cape Coast North today.
