About Abraham Dwuma Odoom
Abraham Dwuma Odoom is an agricultural policy consultant who represented Twifo-Atti Morkwa in the Central Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2017 to 2021. He comes from Twifo Ayaase.
Odoom was named the best District Chief Executive for Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira in 2004. He later worked on agriculture in Nigeria, including for the Ministry of Agriculture in Akwa Ibom State and as a policy adviser on the Competitive African Rice Initiative supported by the Gates and Kufuor foundations, and he has been credited with the concept note behind Nigeria's rice production drive. Before Parliament he was lead consultant on cocoa redevelopment. David Vondee of the NDC holds the seat today.
