About George Kofi Nfodjoh
George Kofi Nfodjoh is a journalist and former army public relations officer who represented Ho Central in the Volta Region for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for two terms, from 2005 to 2013. He was born on 21 September 1946 and comes from Sokode-Bagble.
He studied communication at the University of Ghana, served as a captain in the Public Relations Department of the Ghana Armed Forces, and worked for AGC in Obuasi from 1987 to 1997. He was District Chief Executive for Ho from 1997 to 2001. He won Ho Central in 2004 with 84.8 percent of the vote and held it in 2008. Benjamin Komla Kpodo followed him in 2013. He is a Catholic. Richmond Edem Kofi Kpotosu of the NDC holds Ho Central today.
