About Kwadwo Nyanpon Aboagye
Kwadwo Nyanpon Aboagye is a civil engineer who represented Biakoye in the Oti Region for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Seventh and Eighth Parliaments, from 2017 to 2025. He was born on 13 November 1950 and comes from Apesokubi.
Aboagye studied civil engineering at KNUST and is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineers in the United Kingdom. He also holds a certificate in corporate governance from GIMPA. As MP he organised free eye screening and surgery for Biakoye residents in April 2022. Jean-Marie Formadi succeeded him for the NDC in 2025.
