Rose Constance Owusu

Rose Constance Owusu is a retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana, where she sat from 2008 to 2014. She was born in Koforidua on 24 August 1944.

She went to Wesley Girls' High School and Aburi Girls' Secondary School, studied law at the University of Ghana and the Ghana School of Law, and was called to the bar in 1969.

She joined the Attorney-General's department as a state attorney in 1973, becoming a senior state attorney in 1976 and a principal state attorney in 1983. She was appointed to the High Court on 19 September 1989 and to the Court of Appeal in 1999, and joined the Supreme Court in 2008. She retired in 2014.
