About Alhassan Dahamani
Alhassan Dahamani is an administrator who represented Tamale North in the Northern Region as an independent from 2013 to 2017, one of the few independents in the Sixth Parliament. He was born on 6 June 1968 and comes from Damankunyili in Tamale.
Dahamani studied management at the University of Cape Coast, graduating in 2008, and was a senior administrative assistant at VRA-NEDCo in Sunyani. He won Tamale North without a party ticket in 2012. He is married with three children. Suhuyini Alhassan Sayibu of the NDC holds the seat today.
