About Allowe Leo Kabah
Allowe Leo Kabah is a lawyer who represented Chiana-Paga in the Upper East Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2009 to 2013. He was born in Paga on 11 April 1951.
He studied psychology and political science at the University of Ghana and qualified as a lawyer at the Ghana School of Law. Under the Kufuor government he was National Coordinator of the National Youth Employment Programme. He won Chiana-Paga in 2008 in a crowded field with just under 30 percent of the vote, and lost it in 2012 to Abuga Pele of the NDC. He is married with four children. Nikyema Billa Alamzy of the NDC holds the seat today.
