About Emmanuel Aboagye Didieye
Dr Emmanuel Aboagye Didieye (23 November 1976 – 14 October 2017) was a medical doctor and National Democratic Congress (NDC) politician who represented Afram Plains North in the Eastern Region for two terms, from 2009 to 2017.
Didieye grew up in Bomasarefo and took a master's in public administration at GIMPA in 2011. He won Afram Plains North in 2008 and 2012, but lost the 2015 primary to Betty Krosby Mensah. He fell into a coma in October 2017 and died at Trust Hospital in Accra on 14 October 2017, aged 40. He was married with one child.
