About Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore
Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore is a National Democratic Congress (NDC) politician who represented Adenta in Accra from 2013 to 2017 and later became the party's Greater Accra Regional Chairman. He was born on 26 December 1969 and comes from Teshie.
Moore studied business administration and marketing at Hasselt University in Belgium, graduating in 2003. After winning the regional chairmanship he gave GH₵150,000 to constituencies in the region to prepare for the 2024 election. In 2023 the regional secretary accused him of withholding funds promised to delegates ahead of the flagbearer vote, and he complained publicly that police had not acted on repeated break-ins and threats against him. Mohammed Adamu Ramadan of the NDC holds Adenta today.
