Eugene Boakye Antwi is a UK-trained businessman who represented Subin, in central Kumasi, for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2017 to 2025 and served as a Deputy Minister for Works and Housing.

Born on 7 May 1970 at Baman in the Kwabre area, Boakye Antwi spent much of his early career in the United Kingdom. He studied at Westminster College and earned a degree in business administration from the University of Westminster, worked at Barclays Bank from 1999 to 2002 and then at the Lord Chancellor's Department until 2006. Back home he ran EUGASS Limited as director until 2016.
Housing brief
His appointment as deputy works and housing minister put him in a ministry dealing with Ghana's long-standing housing deficit and unfinished state housing projects. In Parliament he sat on the Special Budget and Lands and Forestry committees.
Kofi Obiri Yeboah succeeded him as Subin's MP in 2025.
