About Foster Joseph Andoh
Foster Joseph Andoh is a marketer and former district chief executive who represented Hemang Lower Denkyira in the Central Region for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) from 2013 to 2017. He was born at Twifo Hemang on 18 August 1961.
Andoh studied at the Ghana Institute of Journalism and took a degree in management at the University of Cape Coast in 2009. He was sales manager at Pasico Ghana from 1991 to 2008 and District Chief Executive from 2009 to 2012. He worships with the Assemblies of God and is married with three children. Lawrence Agyinsam of the NPP holds the seat today.
