About Kwabena Owusu-Aduomi
Kwabena Owusu-Aduomi is a civil engineer who represented Ejisu in the Ashanti Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for three terms, from 2009 to 2021, and served as Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways. He was born at Ejisu-Besease on 17 September 1960.
He graduated in civil engineering from KNUST in 1985 and spent two decades with the Ghana Highway Authority: maintenance engineer in Tamale, projects manager in the Western Region and, from 2002 to 2008, Ashanti regional director of highways. He won Ejisu in 2008 and took more than 80 percent of the vote in 2012 and 2016. He worships with the Assemblies of God and is married with six children. Kwabena Boateng of the NPP holds Ejisu today.
