Sheila Bartels is an entrepreneur who represented Ablekuma North in Accra for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2021 to 2025. She was born on 3 September 1975 and comes from Gomoa Assin; her father, Kwamena Bartels, held the same seat from 1997 to 2009.
She won Ablekuma North in 2020 with 64.3 percent of the vote and sat on the Finance and Works and Housing committees. In the 2024 NPP primary she lost to the former MP Nana Akua Owusu Afriyie, by 756 votes to 637. Ewurabena Aubynn of the NDC holds the seat today.
