About Yaw Ntow Ababio
Yaw Ntow Ababio is a manager who represented Dormaa East in the Bono Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for two terms, from 2005 to 2013. He was born on 20 August 1959 and comes from Dormaa Akwamu.
He holds a diploma in management from the International Professional Managers Association in the UK and a master's in democracy, governance and law from the University of Cape Coast, and was production manager at Global Haulage in Accra. He won Dormaa East in 2004 and 2008 with about 58 and 59 percent of the vote, and was vice-chairman of the Roads and Transport Committee. William Kwasi Sabi followed him for the NPP in 2013. He is a Presbyterian, married with four children. Rachel Amma Owusuah of the NDC holds the seat today.
