Abdul-Rauf Tanko Ibrahim is an architect, quantity surveyor and National Democratic Congress (NDC) politician who represented Yagaba-Kubori in the North East Region across three parliaments. He was born on 10 October 1968 in Yagaba.
Ibrahim attended Navrongo Secondary School and ran Tass Kalia Enterprise for many years. He won Yagaba-Kubori when it was first contested in 2004 and held it in 2008, lost it in 2012 to the NPP's Mustapha Ussif, and won it back in 2016. Between 2013 and 2016 he chaired the Hajj arrangements at the Office of the President. He is married with six children. Mustapha Ussif holds the seat today.
