Aquinas Tawiah Quansah is a National Democratic Congress (NDC) politician who represented Mfantseman in the Central Region from 2009 to 2017 and served as Deputy Central Regional Minister under President Mills. He was born in Saltpond on 4 April 1964.
Quansah studied business administration in Atlanta in the United States. He first won the seat in 2008 and held it in 2012 with 51 percent of the vote, but lost the NDC nomination for 2016. He worships at Harvest Chapel International and is married with two children. Ebenezer Prince Arhin of the NDC holds Mfantseman today.
