Azumah Namoro Sanda is a teacher and farmer who represented Chereponi in the Northern (now North East) Region for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2013 to 2017. He was born at Tiekasu on 4 November 1956.
Sanda earned a diploma in basic education at the University of Education, Winneba and was a district schools coordinator from 2003 to 2009. He is married with nine children. Seidu Alhassan Alajor of the NDC holds Chereponi today.
