Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover is a human resources manager who represented Tema East for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) from 2013 to 2021 and served as a Deputy Minister for Transport. He was born in Asere, Ga Mashie, on 28 August 1966.
Titus-Glover attended Nungua Presbyterian Secondary School, Presec in Legon and Accra Academy, and later studied at Ruskin College, Oxford, and the University of Warwick, where he took a master's degree. He also holds a certificate in labour studies from the University of Cape Coast and works as human resources manager at Ken City Media. He won Tema East in 2012 and held it in 2016, but lost in 2020 to Isaac Ashai Odamtten of the National Democratic Congress. He worships at Miracle Life Gospel Church and is married with four children.
